Can medical records be ran by only one person if there are more than 200 charts and a staff about 20 ?

absolutely. 200 charts is cake work. I have over 3000 charts and a staff of 12. Just keep the shadow charts and sent the medical records back to the medical records department. makes life much easier. Shadow charts are usually much smaller and easier to work with.
